“I really like the oil and it has definitely helped me with anxiety and sleep however after trying several bottles I'm going to switch to the drops as the spray nozzles are too unreliable and waste oil when they squirt in random directions!”

Calming effect
“I didn't notice a great deal to begin with but I don't think I sprayed enough but once I sprayed more I could tell that I was a lot more chilled before bed. I struggled to settle down after hectic work days and couldn't wind down properly so I gave this a try and it does seem to relax my body more. It tastes strange but you get used to it. The only thing that let's it down is the price.”

Spray bottle is useless
“Tastes OK, seems to aid sleep... but the spray applicator barely works - I have no idea how, but it ends up coming out like a garden sprinkler! Ended up covered in the oil, which is obviously a waste of money and annoying. But worse than that, it sprayed onto the wall and the greasy splatters will not wipe off as it's matt paint, so will need to redecorate too. Love H&B products, buy dozens a year and never had any problems until now - please redesign this spray!”
