I use this daily and notice a difference with regards to perimenopausal aches and pains, used with the mood booster my overall health feels much improved.I know this because twice I’ve not used it for over a week and symptoms kicked in. Totally recommend.

Great Product
I’ve only been using for a month , feeling good on it even though it’s still early days. Feeling more able to cope on a daily basis, along with Mood Food joints are not so painful I hope I will see more improvements as time goes on.
