Add a sweet chilli zing that’s healthier and tastier than your usual supermarket pick.
Manuka honey perfectly complements sharp lime and ginger.
Perfect for dipping, drizzling, and marinating, you’ll want to add this sauce to everything in sight.
1 garlic clove, crush
1tsp ginger, minced
1tsp red chilli flakes
1tbsp sesame oil
35g Manuka honey
2 tbsp sriracha or chilli sauce
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 lime, juiced
In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger and chilli flakes with the sesame oil. Stir in the honey, sriracha, soy sauce and lime juice.
Allow the sauce to sit for at least 20 minutes.
Drizzle over stir-fried vegetables a few minutes before removing from the heat.
