Sweeten up meal time with this saucy little number

- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp red chilli flakes *
- 1 tbsp sesame oil *
- 35g Manuka honey *
- 2 tbsp sriracha or chilli sauce *
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce *
- 1 lime, juiced

In a large bowl, whisk together the garlic, ginger and chilli flakes with the sesame oil. Stir in the honey, sriracha, soy sauce and lime juice.
Allow the sauce to sit for at least 20 minutes. Drizzle over stir-fried vegetables a few minutes before removing from the heat. Serve and Enjoy.
