Easy Yoghurt with Berries
Yoghurt with berries can be pulled together quickly and is com
pletely customisable. You could top the yoghurt with whatever you want, but the fool-proof combination of berries and granola never fails.
- 150g Soya Yoghurt
- 50g Granola
- 1 Handful Sun-Dried Goji Berries
- 1 Handful of Fresh Raspberries
- 1 tsp of Cinnamon (optional)
Add 150g of soya yoghurt into a bowl and top with 50g of granola. Sprinkle the sun-dried goji berries and fresh raspberries on the yoghurt, and then sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Dairy-Free Porridge
Porridge always helps to warm you up, which is perfect for winter mornings. Oats are a great source of slow releasing complex carbohydrates which help keep your energy levels up throughout the morning.
What you’ll need to make it:- 40-50g Oats
- 200ml of unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Handful of Pumpkin Seeds
Add 40-50g of oats to a bowl, pour in 200ml of unsweetened almond milk and cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Slice a banana on top, before adding a handful of pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!

Berry Smoothie
When cold and flu season is in full swing, having a nutritious smoothie recipe on hand is a great idea. Many berries have antioxidants in them, like Vitamin C, which is known to contribute to protect cells from oxidative stress - great for rainy mornings.

- 250ml Almond Milk
