seems to work well
“got this in store and its definately improved my memory - however it says 3 to 4 tablets a day but nobody can tell me if its safe to have 2 or more in one go or 3-4 TIMES in a day - as often i can only have one tablet with my breakfast as im not home then until 11pm - and i dont want to take more at same time if that causes issues”
