“After taking these capsules for a week my sleep had definitely improved experience the little bloating within the first day or two but that soon settle down after the second week I felt my stomach was actually flatter and my digestion had returned to a more normal balance after taking new medication that hadn't settled my whole system.feeling calmer in myself also . Overall really pleased will continue to use these already on my second box”

Quite gut = good nights sleep

“I bought these after taking a strong course of antibiotics to help replenish my microbiome. Chose the 'night' pack as I've always been a light sleeper so any improvement there would be an added bonus. After a week or so I am falling asleep quicker and not waking up as much through the night (which I think is thanks to the 5HTP). Giving these 4 stars due to price. Will be replacing with a regular 5HTP supplement once they run out as better value for money.”
