Great product, even better customer service
I bought this in store and when I got home, realised the seal was broken and on opening, the oil had zero scent. I emailed customer service and they responded very promptly and posted me a replace, which, happily, smells as it should. Thank you, wonderful service!

Not as expected
The drops don't fall easily unless shaking the bottle really hard. The scent becomes perceivable only rubbing it into the skin ( so the oil heats up) and is lovely, but not ideal for diffusers since the smell is very weak. I bought it on sale, so no big damage, but probably …
