“I had been waking up at night and finding it hard to get back to sleep so I decided to give this one a shot. I have used it for a week now, four to five drops before bedtime and I do not wake up during the night! and if I do, I don't have difficult falling asleep or just take four more (I like the taste lol). It doesn't make feel groggy, I wake up very fresh and I am dreaming again., I think this works.
