A whopping 22g sugar per bottle
“Just be very careful. This 500ml bottle contains a whopping 22g of sugar. 4grams of sugar is equal to one teaspoon. If your using as a meal replacement, your not going to lose weight with excessive consumption of sugar. Quite the opposite. Also be very careful if diabetic. There are other meal replacements out there that are not as high in sugar as this. As for other nutritional information. There's 500kcal per bottle . 34grams carbs, 1.3grams salt, 24grams of fat and 5.2grams of saturated fat. I don't think it's that healthy as it contains oils. Taste wise. It's OK. I opted for salted caramel but it dosent taste like salted caramel to me . It tastes like chocolate milk, which I don't enjoy. It also has that strange horrible meal replacement taste which I associate with drinks years ago. Others now a days I don't get that taste from. Another downside is this is extremely expensive.”
