The H&B Gift Card is available at all H&B stores across the UK and at participating retail partners.
You can redeem your Gift Card at all H&B stores across the UK, on our website hollandandbarrett.com, and in the H&B app.
You can check your Gift Card balance using the balance checker above, in an H&B store and during online checkout. An H&B Gift Card can be purchased with a value of your choice between £5.00 and £250.00.
Our Gift Cards are valid for up to 2 years after the date of issue.
In-store, you can ask a member of staff to scan the Gift Card to complete the transaction. Online and in the app, enter your Gift Card details and PIN during checkout to complete the payment.
Yes, you can redeem multiple Gift Cards per transaction, with a maximum total balance of £250.00. If your purchase costs more, you can pay the remaining amount using another payment method.
Yes, you can spend the balance on your Gift Card in multiple transactions. However, the balance cannot be exchanged for cash.
During online checkout, we reserve the required amount on your Gift Card. If the transaction is cancelled before completion, the balance will be released again. This may take a few minutes.
Holland & Barrett is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards. Please therefore keep your Gift Card safe.
No, the Gift Card cannot be exchanged or returned.
For products purchased using an H&B Gift Card, our standard delivery and returns policy applies.
Returns in-store are refunded by means of a store credit voucher. Online purchases are refunded using the original payment method. If a Gift Card was used, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original Gift Card.
The Gift Card holder is responsible for keeping the Gift Card safe until it expires.
