Our tablets are designed with a break line for easy splitting. You can also use a tablet splitter, crush them, and mix them into food or water without affecting their efficacy.

What if my capsule is too big to take?

What if my capsule is too big to take?

The capsule can be punctured, and its contents mixed into food or water. This will not affect the product’s quality.

 

Taking a product has made me feel ill- how do I stop this?

Sometimes supplements taken without a full stomach can make you feel slightly uncomfortable. For the best experience, we recommend taking our supplement products with food and a glass of water. This can help with absorption. If symptoms persist, please let us know and seek medical attention if you are worried.

 

The oil in my capsule has separated or gone cloudy. Is it safe?

Yes, it’s completely safe. Oil separation is natural and does not affect the product’s efficacy.

 

Powders:

My powder has clumped up. Is it still safe?

Yes, clumping is natural and does not affect safety or effectiveness. Store the product tightly sealed in a cool, dry place and break up clumps with a spoon or blend in small portions if needed.

 

Probiotics:

How should I store probiotics?

Keep them in a sealed container, stored in a cool, dry place, away from light. The included desiccant helps maintain quality—do not remove or consume it.
