Bonraw Organic Panela Sugar 1kg
GOOD PROCESS:
We keep it simple. The result celebrates origin. Quimbaya Panelero farmers harvest the sugar cane then juice it using a trapiche. Its crystallised form is panela. No bleaching. No goodness-stripping factories. Panela is a way of life.

Healthier option than brown or white sugar
This has a slight caramel flavour to it which is delicious. It is a much healthier option to brown or white sugar as it is unrefined. It tastes great when added to my morning coffee
