Like all B vitamins, riboflavin, or vitamin B2, helps convert food into energy. Supporting the skin and nervous system, B2 also helps us to maintain good vision and protects from free radical damage.
One of eight B vitamins used in the body to convert food into glucose, vitamin B12, or cobalamin, supports the production of energy. Typically, B12 naturally occurs in animal-derived foods.
Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin with a range of benefits. Supporting brain health, B6 can help improve mood and assists in easing PMS symptoms, while also aiding the treatment of anaemia.
