What Is It:

How To Use:

Take 2 capsules with food; maximum 2 servings per day (up to 4 capsules). To assess tolerance, take 1 capsule daily for the first 7 days. Do not take within 6 hours of intended sleep. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. To open, hold container upright and turn lid 90° anticlockwise; keep packaging for directions.
