“Quite soft and very easy to chew and just over a cm wide and half as tall. They smell EXTREMELY strong both in the bottle, when you have them out and even on your hands after touching them. It's a very strong caramel scent. They have almost no taste, certainly no flavour but don't taste bad so it's fine by me. They caused me to get very hard stools and caused a problem with making me bleed so I'm not how to fix this, so be careful if you have fissures or hemorrhoids, I am sure there is a way to counteract this. But it didn't cause actual constipation for me. Some of my symptoms cleared up. You need 3 per day to get the 1500mg dose, it's only 500mg per tablet which suits me but is slightly misleading as to how long the bottle will last. Unfortunately it also contains vitamin D and I think this should be removed as I have more than enough vitamin D and don't appreciate one supplement interfering with others or normal levels. Other than that it's perfect in my view.”
