“Good high strength collagen powder. Tropical flavour I found very unpleasant but after about a week got used to it. Works out cheaper than the tablets. I’ve been taking H&B collagen many years, I’m 68 and have no wrinkles, no sagging skin and look at least 10 years younger. Whether this is due to the collagen I don’t know but I’m sure it plays a part.”

“Started using Holland and barrett marine collagen last year as read a review that it's good for over 60s males. Just recently switched to bovine collagen as it is better, as most marine collagen can't confirm the source of where their marine collagen comes from. For this reason I am only giving 1 star. Now guys n gals it's really good for your skin, nails, hair and a while lot more and it's a good source of protein so i would highly recommend purchasing it.”

“I've been taking Collegen (marine) for 8 months and now is part of my daily routine along with D-Masnose and Begire and After menopause tablets. It tastes naff but the results are amazing for me. I hold my nose and down it. 7g and I dilute with boiling water first to disperse lumps and add cold water to drink down I struggled with aching ankles/knees and generally felt flumpish. H&B lady listened to me in store about how I was feeling and she recommended this. I'm 49 and perimenopausal and its helped my hair, skin, joints and a feeling of being normal. I have recently tripped over something in our garage and fell and broke my knee cap (patella) in 2 places. They're not operating as my ligaments and muscles are strong and it's down to Collegen. I know it's expensive but buy one, get one half price makes it easier on the pocket.”
