“Bought this porridge for my midweek breakfast, and to keep my cholesterol levels under control. This porridge oat is perfect just the way I like it: 4 tablespoons in a bowl, with cold milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla essence, and honey. Left to rest for a couple of hours. yummy, may not be suitable for everyone, but I love it.”
