These have changed..not for the better
“I took H & B Valerian capsules which were capsules an a plastic bottle. They were more than twice as strong and wow did they smell but as they worked so well it was worth putting up with the smell as there was no taste. I took one a night for insomnia. When I replaced them these were all that were available and I thought just the packaging had changed until I opened them. Not capsules and no smell. I never checked the ingredients and took one as usual and for the next two nights woke early in the morning unable to get back to sleep. Then I realised the dose was less so now take two a night but this little packet goes nowhere so I have changed to another supplier.”

Insomnia for years, new to trying these
“People who have mentioned an upset stomach my recommendation is to eat first before consuming most tablets, that way it shouldn't bother you as much. I have extreme anxiety lately due to some life situations and found myself anxious every night worried and struggling to sleep. I've taken these for only 3 days, I eat something small like a banana and then take ONE before bed. So far my anxiety has decreased beautifully, when I fall asleep I am very much asleep. I can often have lifelike dreams so thats something you just get over eventually. I was on nytol which sent me into hospital as its meant for short term use. Slightly worried people using these long term when it does state its more for short term. I have a short temper and often agitated so hoping this can help me during the day as time goes on. So far so good :)”

Each coated tablet contains 125mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) (3-6:1) (equivalent to 375-750mg of Valerian root). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% v/v and 250mg of extract (as dry extract) from Passion Flower herb (Passiflora incarnata L.) (5-7:1) (equivalent to 1250-1750mg of Passion Flower herb). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 50% v/v.

Directions:
