Ryan and Kim launched Life Kitchen after losing parents to cancer and seeing how chemotherapy was affecting their experience with food. The H&B with Life Kitchen collection has been designed to enhance each of our five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salt, bitter and umami.
This spice blend delivers punchy flavours that will dial up the taste of any dish. A mix of bitterness and nuttiness with a little heat and strong umami flavours. The bitter notes that come from the kale, fenugreek, and onion seeds are the unsung heroes.
The wasabi, sesame seeds, kale powder, sunflower seeds and spices add depth and intrigue to anything they are sprinkled upon; whilst MSG enhances the flavours. This spice blend offers a heat that will liven up your taste buds.
