Directions:
Use Vegeset in any of your recipes that call for gelatine. Vegeset works with any kind of liquid, including plant-based milk. Directions: as a general guide, use 1 heaped teaspoon of Vegeset to 1 pint (568ml) of liquid. Sprinkle Vegeset over the cold liquid and gently bring to the boil, stirring briskly all the time. Store in a cool, dry place.
