“A reasonable introduction to CBD oil in atomiser format and tasting of a slightly bitter orange which does cover the hemp flavour quite well, though you will still notice that pungent smokiness to some degree. I spray it in my morning espresso as it brews and found the overall flavour mellows to just the seville orange level blended with strong black coffee. Found it helped soften my mood after a few weeks of use. Not cheap, but then no decent brand is. 2 for 1 from Holland & Barrett definitely helps with the cost.”

Great for mild anxiety
“I've been using this and the raspberry version for a couple of months now. I find it really takes the edge off day-to-day anxiety and helps manage bigger one-off anxieties too. Just don't overdo it, I took two doses less than 3 hours apart once and could hardly keep my eyes open! I prefer the orange flavour, my partner prefers the raspberry. My only negative point is that the spray action doesn't work that well, it has a tendency to go all over the place.”

“I am a chronic bad sleeper. Would usually sleep for max 4 to 5 hours each night. Always found it easy to fall asleep but would wake numerous times throughout the night EVERYNIGHT. Bought this two weeks and have been taking 6 drops one hour before bed. Since I started I have been sleeping through the whole night. No after effects when I wake. ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER.
