Perimenopause
“Im 42 and started taking these around a year ago after attending a talk on menopause by my local dr surgery. I was having night sweats and problems sleeping, ridiculously heavy periods etc. Thought id give these a try as had nothing to loose (dr said you need 3months before u can assess if working). So a year later and im still taking them, for me personally my bleeding has eased CONSIDERABLY (could be coincidence) sweats have eased ALOT but not gona although, hey it’s not a miracle cure, i’ve noticed im not awake at all hours of the night like i used to be (but does happen sometimes) certainly hasnt helped with the brain fog and memory and frankly i can’t remember things at all - its scary actually but these were not intended to help that. All I can say is I think they are working for me - give them a try. Red colour, not too big, I take one double strength capsule per day alongside a multi vit and extra vitamin d”

“I was really struggling with menopause symptoms and refused to take HRT - hot flushes, night sweats, fatigue, etc. I was recommended these so went for the double-strength version and bought 60 capsules to make sure I gave them two months to see if they worked. I had tried black cohosh but that give me terrible headaches, and also sage but that didn't do much. So I was sceptical, especially as I am already on a high soya (nearly dairy-free) diet but maybe the levels aren't as high in food. It did take about a month before the benefits kicked in but now - I'm on my second box of 60 - I wouldn't be without them. The flushes and sweats have all but gone and the fatigue has reduced. Highly recommended!”
