Dr Guy Ratu is a General Practitioner with Extended Role (GPwER) in Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Aesthetics with over 8 years of experience in general practice. He is based in Birmingham and currently sees
NHS and private patients (including children).
Dr Ratu is also a GP Trainer supporting the educational needs of local GP trainees, medical students and pharmacists.
Dr Ratu completed his medical degree at
Queen Mary, University of London in 2014, as well as his Bachelor's degree in
Experimental Pathology at the same university.
He began his general practice training in 2016 and, upon completion, was awarded his Membership with the
Royal College of General Practitioners in 2020. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Ophthalmology and Dermatology with dual Distinctions from the University of Plymouth.
