Eloise fell in love with writing and editing while studying at the University of Manchester, where she was head film editor of the university newspaper The Mancunion. She later honed her editorial skills at Strand Magazine while studying at King’s College London.
After university, Eloise moved into copywriting, working across entertainment and educational sectors before finding her way into wellness at Holland & Barrett.
A big cheerleader for accessible wellness, Eloise believes everyone should be able to build healthy habits into their day. Some of her favourite topics to explore include vitamin and supplement recommendations, how to move more, balanced eating made simple, and practical ways to improve sleep.
Outside of work, Eloise enjoys catching films at the cinema, browsing vintage shops, and travelling back to France to visit friends and family. It almost goes without saying, but she does a lot of reading too.
Eloise makes wellness a way of life by… taking time in the morning to exercise and/or read, avoiding screens where possible, and aiming for a full eight hours’ sleep.
