With a degree in Biological Sciences, my interest in how diet can support health naturally led me to study a masters in nutrition. Specialising in gut health and women’s health, I’m particularly interested in how diet and lifestyle can be used to support digestion, mood, hormone balance, and overall wellbeing.
I enjoy helping women navigate hormonal changes across different life stages, including menstrual health, perimenopause, and menopause, using realistic, evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle approaches. Weight management, energy levels, and building sustainable habits are also key areas I focus on, always with an emphasis on long-term health rather than restriction.
Outside of work, I love running and creating simple, nourishing recipes to share online, bringing together my passion for food, movement, and education in a way that feels accessible and enjoyable.
