Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour or gluten-free flour
- 6 tbsp Naturya Organic Plant Superprotein Vanilla Greens
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 small banana
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Plant-based milk
- Naturya Cacao & Hazelnut crunchy superfood spread
- Naturya Organic Superberries Breakfast Boost
Method

In a bowl combine the flour, Vanilla Greens SuperProtein powder and baking powder.

Add the mashed banana and apple cider vinegar to the mix.

Pour in enough milk to make a smooth pancake consistency.

Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.

Pour the mixture into the pan and cook on both sides.

Serve with some Cashew and Hazelnut smooth superfood spread, a sprinkling of Superberries Breakfast Boost and some blueberries.
