That's why we've partnered with leading menopause campaigners, Menopause Mandate to pilot our free menopause advice line, where you can speak to a qualified menopause nurse. We also have our menopause trained H&B experts available, offering you support, advice and guidance on your menopause.

The menopause advice nurse will be offering general advice on perimenopause and menopause symptoms, guidance on lifestyle changes to help manage symptoms, as well as support on how to prepare for a GP consultation.
Our H&B advisors are available in store or online via our video consultation service from 8am – 8pm. They can offer information on the main signs of the menopause, natural supplement ingredient benefits and products that may support with symptoms.
The nurse will be able to provide advice on perimenopause and menopause symptoms, guidance on lifestyle changes to help manage symptoms, unbiased, evidence-based information on treatments and HRT, as well as support on how to prepare for a GP consultation.

No, this service does not offer diagnosis or medical prescriptions. The menopause advice nurse will be offering general advice on perimenopause and menopause symptoms, guidance on lifestyle changes to help manage symptoms, as well as support on how to prepare for a GP consultation.
Menopause is widely self diagnosed by symptoms and is not “tested” for. Callers will be sign posted to their GP if further conversations are recommended.
From 7th November, we are piloting the menopause nurse help line until the end of the year, we will have limited number of appointments. From January 2022 we aim to have up to 21 appointments (15-minutes long) available per week.
There are an unlimited number of H&B advisor appointments, anytime between 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
Each video call is 15 minutes long.
A computer, mobile or tablet device with an internet connection, webcam and microphone.
There are no downloads required and nothing to install. You can enter the video call through one click from your email and calendar appointment or from the text message reminder.
As a customer, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that leads to the online video room immediately after scheduling. In this email you will also find a calendar invitation, so that you can immediately add the appointment to your calendar. You will also receive a reminder email and SMS text message so that you do not forget the appointment and can quickly access the link.
All our video calls are end-to-end encrypted and fully secure. Each video call has a unique link, which only you can access. Your link automatically expires after the video appointment finishes.
