“I've already gone through the horrid waxy stage that occurs when transitioning to the use of natural shampoos and have a good system for cleaning my hair (sectioning etc), so though this would be fine. Alas not. My hair is consistently left feeling as though it needs another wash and I'm simply tired of trying to develop a method with this shampoo that works. The product is like water, so getting coverage across the hair is very difficult. I'm an avid Beauty Kitchen product fan but this is a big thumbs down from me.”

“I don't like the shampoo, it's very hard to use. I'd want a conditioner to feel like it's really nourishing my hair, and this doesn't (but it might be because the shampoo dries my hair out so much) I can't see me using this without the shampoo to go with it, so I don't think I'll order it again unfortunately.”

“I have very thick, naturally curly hair and bought this as I was sick of heavy fragrance and build up from other shampoo. It lathers well (more dish soap like than bubble bath) if you lather with some water in your hands before putting on your scalp, and doesn't leave my hair feeling stripped once out of the shower - though I'll warn that it makes my hair feel like straw when rinsing out, but once my hair has been conditioned and styled it doesn't feel dried out at all. My scalp feels soothed and I've noticed after three washed my build up has almost completely gone. Definitely worth trying as it is curly girl friendly and a nice basic wash, but extra conditioner may be needed.”

“Very happy with this shampoo, it is fragrance free and it’s lovely on my long curly hair. It didn’t cause me any reactions as I have sensitive skin and various allergies. I love the fact that organic aloe juice is used as an ingredient rather than water. Very thin and spreadable, all recyclable packaging. Exceeded expectations! Recommended.”

“I have been searching for a long time for a shampoo which is free from fragrance, linalool and limonene. I finally landed on this one! Not cheap but when you have allergies, you expect to pay above average. I’m super disappointed with it to be honest, you need to use loads to get a decent lather. And it leaves my hair feeling very dry, so then I need loads of conditioner too. It smells nice though for a fragrance free product. It may suit someone with short hair perhaps.”
