Directions:
Apply Atoderm Shower gel on damp skin. Lather, then rinse thoroughly. Gently dry skin.Once or twice a day - 7 days a week.

Great body wash. Feel fresh,clean, non-drying. I do like the cleansingoil better for my super dry ,dehyradted & thyroid deficient skin.
