Directions:

Adult intake:

Take 30 minutes before a meal with 250ml water.

Begin by taking one capsule daily and increase each week with one capsule until 2-3 capsules are being taken daily.

For ongoing maintenance: 2 – 3 capsules daily is suitable.

You can build up to 6 a day if required or as professionally directed.
