4 capsules typically contain: 2500mg CalGo® Collagenic Hydroxyapatite Calcium (Providing 475mg Calcium, 625mg Type II Collagen (Undenatured) (FISH), 225mg Phosphorus), 400mg Purified Seawater Extract (Providing 220mg Magnesium), 50mg Mesoporisil® Silicium Silicon, 20mg ConcenTrace® Ionic Trace Minerals, 15mg Zinc (as Bisglycinate), 5mg Manganese (as Bisglycinate), 3mg Boron (as Citrate & Aspartate), 200ug Molybdenum (as Glycine Chelate), 200ug Vitamin K2 (MK-7), 25ug / 1000IU Vitamin D3.
