Changed formula - now terrible. How disappointing
“Having bought this product in bulk for years, like other reviewers I'm really disappointed in the change of formula. Cheaper ingredients, including nasty ALS, no good for my sensitive skin and fine curly hair. The product used to have a lovely subtle scent, now it smells weirdly of chemicals. Horrible. The expensive price tag remains however! If others reviews are true, also it's no longer organic?! Disappointed too with H&B for not updating the website with the new ingredient list and only flagging the change in bottle deseign, despite several reviews about the changed formula in recent weeks. Historic reviews should be removed because this is a different product. I therefore didn't know about the change - and will be returning eight bottles. Avoid!”

“I have been using this conditioner for near on eight years and never imagined I'd have to find a replacement product. This new version of what was my favourite conditioner leaves my hair dry and dull. A brush used to slide through my hair and now it doesn't. It even feels less slippery in the hand. Also, the nice smell has gone. I've used the conditioner three times so far, long enough to know I don't like it. Please change it back!”

“I have used this conditioner for years, but like with other reviews the formula seems to have changed. I use in conjunction with the Aloe Vera Shampoo and have always had fresh soft hair. It now feels greasy and lank. Sort it out Holland And Barret, its so misleading to use a substandard recipe yet hike the price up at the same time. I buy this in bulk too so I have 3 bottles of a totally uselss product. Not happy.”
