Directions:

Adults and children aged 12 and over - chew 1 tablet daily. Children aged 4 to 11 - chew ½ tablet daily (chew thoroughly before swallowing). For additional support, the recommended dose may be taken twice daily. Do not exceed the maximum stated dose.
