What Is It: A gentle, vegan multi-strain formula of friendly bacteria, created to help your gut feel happy, light and in balance. How To Use: Take 3 capsules daily with water and food. For a little extra goodness, we suggest enjoying it alongside naturally prebiotic-rich foods such as bananas and oats, which help nourish your friendly bacteria. Store in a cool, dark place and do not use if the seal is broken. Biotic Balance contains naturally occurring bacterial strains rather than potent herbal compounds, so it's generally well tolerated. If you have a severely weakened immune system, please speak to your healthcare provider before use, as live bacteria may not be suitable for everyone. The formula also contains chicory root, so please take care if you have a known sensitivity to plants in the Asteraceae (daisy) family. If you have an underlying health condition or are taking prescribed medication, we recommend checking with a qualified practitioner first.
