Encapsulated in a Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) vegetable capsule shell. Contains Soya or Soya Derivatives from Phosphatidyl Choline. How To Use:

Take 2 capsules daily with water and food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. In Ayurvedic tradition, Turmeric is combined with warm milk — dairy or non-dairy — for best assimilation.
