We’ve carefully curated this Expert Unwind Drink formulation to include some of the most advanced ingredients that help to unwind and support a good night’s sleep. The combination of clinically studied ingredients includes KSM-66® Ashwagandha and L-Theanine.

Directions

Expert Unwind Drink is a comforting chocolate flavoured powder. We recommend adding two teaspoons (10g) to your favourite mug, top up with 250ml of hot water, stir and enjoy an hour before bed. Do not exceed stated dose.
