Dr Immune Five is an organic liquid food supplement for children which contains extracts of Reishi, Agaricus blazei Murill, Oyster Mushroom, Chaga and Shiitake with vitamins C and D for immune support and balance.

Water, organic agave nectar, α-cyclodextrin, 420 mg of fructooligosaccharides (90% inulin) (2.5%), 288 mg of organic concentrated acerola juice (Malpighia glabra L.) (1.7%), 60 mg of organic Agaricus blazei extract (0.4%), 60 mg of organic Ganoderma lucidum extract (0.4%), 60 mg of organic Inonotus obliquus extract (0.4%), 60 mg of organic Lentinula edodes extract (0.4%), 60 mg of organic Pleurotus ostreatus extract (0.4%), 59 mg of ascorbic acid (vitamin C) (74% NRV*), natural strawberry flavour, preservatives (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (citric acid), 3.7 μg of vitamin D (74% NRV*).
