Directions
Expert Beauty Sleep Collagen is a chocolate flavoured powder, ideal for mixing with hot water or milk. Grab your favourite mug and add 13g (approximately 6 level teaspoons spoons) of powder, top up with 250ml of hot water or milk and stir well. Do not exceed stated dose.
Sustainability
Jar made from at least 80% recycled plastic. Please recycle jar and cap separately.

Mixed feeling about this one
“My first complaint is the taste: it tastes really bad! At the beginning, I tried to hold my breath and just swallowed it but still it left a bad taste in my mouth so the next time, I just added so much more chocolate/coffee and sugar in my drink to cover up the bad taste. Then it's the texture... If you follow the exact dosage recommended, it turns your drinks into mud; but if you separate one dose into several drinks, you prolong your suffering... I ended up having half dose of this one at night and half dose of the morning collagen in the morning (the morning one is not as bad) and I do realise my nails are stronger and grow faster so I suppose it works. In the mean time, I am switching back to the other brand (Vital something) as it does the same job.”
