High fodmap. Unsuitable for most people with ibs.
“I bought these to help with an ibs flare. Nutrition info only lists 2 items - both probiotics that are recommended for ibs.. so i bought several of them. I checked the whole ingredient list when i got home. The main 2 main ingredients are sorbitol and FOS which are both laxative and can make ibs worse. Waste of time and money.”
