“Great food supplement, started taking it as prevention, looking after my joints and for general well-being. I normally add fresh ginger to my smoothies, however I don't always have the time to peel, chop etc. Taking ginger in this form helps to take the load off sometimes.”

Helped my nausea and migraines
“I had some kind of stomach virus that lasted over a week, i couldn’t eat anything but sips of soup and a lot of water without feeling like it was going to eject itself from my face Bought one of these and took 2 capsules as soon as I got them, within maybe half an hour the nausea had subsided and I could have a small meal without gagging. I also get migraines from time to time, when I felt one coming on I thought i’d try 2 capsules, the migraine then turned into just an uncomfortable headache that I rode out with some paracetamol It honestly seems like ginger is good for everything and i’m yet to be proven wrong”
