What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- These Glucomannan capsules contribute towards weight loss when part of an energy-restricted diet. Glucomannan absorbs water in the stomach, and then expands to potentially up to 50 times its weight. Glucomannan is extremely high in fibre and therefore the dosage is lower compared to other fibre-based supplements.
- The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of Glucomannan - in three doses of 1g each, together with one to two glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy-restricted diet.
- Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

“I wanted something to make me feel fuller after eating. These worked perfectly well in doing that, and very quickly too. Weight did go up initially (guessing water?) but after a week started to see it drop and I'm now losing weight slowly but consistently. Yes you do feel bloated, but if it stops you eating so much, great!!”

“The good thing about these capsules is that they are an easy size to swallow, at approx 2 x 0.3 cm and with soft shells. They don't have much of a smell or aftertaste. However, they didn't make a difference to how much I could eat and I suspect they were the cause of stomach cramps.”
