Each day’s serving provides the full 3g of glucomannan, which contributes to weight-loss in the context of an energy-restricted diet, split into three easy doses. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in three doses of 1g each. In addition, we have also added zinc and chromium, which help with macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of blood glucose levels.
