Holland & Barrett Glucosamine/Chondroitin & Rose Hip Caplets help in joint health. Glucosamine is produced naturally in the body, yet there are no major food sources of this substance. It is a major structural component within joint tissue. Chondroitin also occurs naturally in the body and is a major component of cartilage; the tough connective tissue within joints. Holland & Barrett Glucosamine/Chondroitin & Rose Hip caplets provide 1000mg Chondroitin Sulphate, 592mg Glucosamine and 1000mg Rose Hip.

Chondroitin Sulphate, Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl (Crustaceans), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Silicate), Firming Agent (Povidone), Rose Hips Extract, Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerine, Carnauba Wax), Colour (Titanium Dioxide).

Directions:

Take one caplet twice daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
