“Easy to make with water only (there is milk powder inside already), it's tasty but not overly sickly sweet. I usually drink Herbalife meal replacement shake, but this is easier to travel with and I love that it has green tea in it and is enriched with Probiotics! There is a little bit of grittiness to the shake once made, but I was aware of this from the previous reviews and can deal with it.”

“Taste is ok, like strawberry milkshake. I drink it in the morning, eat a light lunch like a salad at 15:00pm and then dinner. Definetly helped me loose weight. The feeling of being hungry all the time is gone. Recomended.”
