Soya Bean Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine), Fish Liver Oil (source of Vitamin A), Vitamin A Palmitate, Vitamin E (as Mixed Tocopherols) (Soya).

Directions:

Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.

No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Sweeteners. No Preservatives. No added Sugar or Salt. No Starch, No Corn, No Milk, No Lactose, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Porcine.
