With taste boosting seasoning power, this salt blend with white pepper contains sour citric acid, umami rich MSG and trigeminal stimulating white pepper. These ingredients all work together to create a full sensory experience.Packing a real punch, this blend adds heat which wakes up your taste buds and makes them more reactive.
We recommend that you use sparingly to season any dish.

New favourite seasoning!
So far I’ve used this as a finishing salt and it really does bring even the most basic of meals to another level. Looking forward to trying it in more recipes.

An absolute revelation! The little kick of citrus is amazing. I have used this on everything since I got it. Adds a kick to cooking or seasoning before we eat.
