Holly Botanic tisanes are 100% herbs. They contain no flavourings, preservatives or other additives.
Caffeine-free and vegan-friendly!
To make an infusion, steep 1-2 teaspoons of loose tisane (or a tisane bag) in hot water for 5-15 minutes, then strain and sip. Drink up to 3 cups a day. Cover while infusing.
