Directions:

To enjoy hot: Add 2 teaspoons (c.10g) of powder to 250ml milk and heat to your ideal temperature, stirring as required to warm through.

To enjoy cold: Add 2 teaspoons (c.10g) of powder and 250ml milk to a blender and whizz to combine. Pour over ice.

Can be made with any dairy milk or alternative oat, nut or coconut drink.
