- Taking CBD oil could not be easier. Just put a few drops of Jacob Hooy CBD Oil 5% 10ml under your tongue, two or three times a day, up to a maximum of 10 drops per day.
CBD Oil has a distinctive taste. If you are not keen on this then just take a few sips of water after taking the oil and the taste will be gone within seconds.
Jacob Hooy CBD Oil has a less bitter and earthy taste than other oils, as it is made using targeted extraction which means that the chlorophyll is removed.

Directions: Put a few drops under the tongue 2-3 times daily. Max. 10 drops a day. Leave the oil in the mouth for 1 minute before swallowing. Gradually built up the dose. This is different for each individual. Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. Keep in a dark, cool and dry place.
