Citronella essential oil, with its fresh, lemony scent and grassy undertones, is steam distilled from the long leaves of tropical grass. Citronella is widely recognised for being an effective insect-repellent.

And if you want even more for your senses, citronella blends well with lemongrass, lavender or other citrussy oils.

Ways to use

• Add to a diffuser to fill your room with a fresh and purifying aroma that naturally deodorises your space
• Dilute 4-6 drops for every 20ml of blending oil if you want to add to your bath
• Citronella is a popular insect repellent, meaning you could use it to help to deter bugs
